Problem Note 47007: Calibration fails with "ERROR: All BY groups were bad."

In SAS® Promotion Optimization or SAS® Regular Price Optimization, calibration might generate the following error:
ERROR: All BY groups were bad.
The error occurs because duplicates are generated in estimation when INV_ADJ=4 or PL_ADJ=4. When INV_ADJ=4 or PL_ADJ=4, estimates are forced from the SCORING_DEFAULT_PARAMETER table.
There is no workaround for this issue.
